For chronic pain, injury, and movement conditions that haven't resolved through conventional care.
A hands-on, equipment-assisted approach to restoring movement through the nervous system — developed through over a decade of direct work with the body. Based at Ṛtavan, Canacona, South Goa.
Restore function. Re-establish connection. Move with clarity.

The Neuro-Alignment System is a structured approach to working with the body through guided movement, breath, and awareness — built for people whose pain or limitation has outlasted conventional treatment.
This isn't a treatment in the usual sense — it doesn't aim to suppress a symptom quickly. It's a process of re-education, teaching the body to organize itself differently over time.
Using carefully selected support structures — ropes, belts, and frames — the body is placed in positions where it can reorganize itself without force. In these conditions, movement is not imposed. It is relearned.
The work does not begin with correction, but with observation. From there, the body is guided toward greater ease, coordination, and functional clarity.
Restoring patterns through direct, supported experience — allowing the body to access what it has forgotten.
Ropes, belts, and frames place the body in positions of clarity — without strain, without force.
Each session begins not with correction, but with deep attentiveness to what the body is actually presenting.
There is no fixed protocol. The work is shaped entirely by the person — their condition, sensitivity, and readiness.
How It Works
Many physical limitations are not simply structural. They arise from a breakdown in communication between the brain and the body — a disruption in the intelligence that governs movement itself.
Restoring movement patterns through direct, supported experience — allowing the body to access positions it has forgotten and reestablish the pathways that govern them.
Precise, assisted engagement to re-activate neuromuscular pathways — communicating directly with the nervous system through tactile, intentional contact.
Regulating the system through breath — creating the internal conditions of safety and receptivity that allow genuine, lasting change to take root.
"The body begins to respond — not by force, but by recognition."
The Process
Each session follows a clear internal logic — yet remains entirely responsive to the individual before it.
"The process is adapted to the individual — their condition, their pace, and their capacity. This attentiveness is not a feature of the work. It is the work."
The session begins with careful, unhurried observation — of how the body holds itself, where it restricts, and how it moves without instruction.
Using ropes, belts, and frames, the body is guided into positions where it can reorganize without effort or strain — discovering ease rather than being forced into it.
Precise, hands-on input re-engages dormant neuromuscular pathways — restoring the communication that underlies all coordinated movement.
Range and coordination are expanded progressively — always within the current capacity of the body, never beyond it.
The changes that arise in session are brought into real, everyday movement — grounding the work in lived experience and sustained function.
Who This Is For
NAS is engaged by individuals seeking a deeper level of physical intelligence — whether addressing long-standing conditions, recovering from injury, or refining the way the body functions as a whole.
Restricted range of motion, joint limitations, and movement patterns that have become fixed, compensatory, or painful over time.
Restoring function after injury — with a process fully adapted to the individual's stage and capacity of recovery.
Long-standing joint restrictions, circulatory discomfort, and persistent movement limitations that have not resolved through conventional approaches.
For those not in crisis but seeking to understand the body more deeply — improving coordination, ease, awareness, and the quality of everyday movement.
Each person is approached without assumption. There is no fixed protocol — only a structured way of working, and a deep respect for what the body presents.
Testimonials
★★★★★
"The sessions were unhurried, personalized, and deeply attentive."
She came in with a stiff body and general unease, and found the work addressed far more than the physical — breath, awareness, and the restoration of natural movement patterns, not just symptoms. Over the course of her sessions she noticed real improvement in her breathing, posture, and overall sense of balance.

The Practitioner
Vipul Ji's work emerges from a sustained inquiry into the nature of the body — not as a structure to be corrected, but as an intelligence to be understood.
With over a decade of dedicated practice and study in the classical disciplines of Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga, his journey gradually moved beyond method and form into direct observation of how the body holds, resists, and reorganizes itself. He is also the founder of Dakshinamurti Yoga School, where he continues to teach — NAS itself emerged directly from that decade of yoga practice, not as a separate discipline.
Working closely with individuals across a wide range of conditions over the years, a deeper pattern became evident — that many physical limitations are not merely structural, but arise from a disruption in communication within the nervous system.
From this understanding, the Neuro-Alignment System took shape. Rather than imposing change, his work engages the body in a way that allows it to respond, recalibrate, and rediscover its own coherence.
The work is not to fix the body, but to create the conditions in which it can return to its natural intelligence.
The Neuro-Alignment System is not a medical treatment. It is a structured system of movement and nervous system retraining focused on improving how the body functions and moves. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. For medical concerns, please consult a qualified physician.
Alongside the residential program above, NAS also works with people spending the season locally in South Goa — coming in for sessions rather than staying on-site. Sustained, hands-on, and shaped around your specific condition.
Why sciatica resists quick fixes, and what a sustained approach looks like.
Sustained, hands-on work for chronic back pain and spinal curvature.
Sustained relief from discomfort, alongside your medical care.
Begin
Each engagement begins with a conversation. There is no standard intake — only an attentive enquiry into where you are, and where you wish to be.
